After studying law at UMons (Mons), the Sorbonne (Paris) and ULB (Brussels), I embarked on my professional career with a prestigious international law firm (big four). For nearly seven years, I lent my expertise to over a hundred companies across a wide array of sectors, including construction, retail, real estate, textiles, automobiles, parapharmaceuticals, chemicals and energy, both nationally and internationally.
Simultaneously, I honed my skills in French law and assisted numerous companies with their cross-border operations, notably within the Kortrijk-Lille-Tournai Eurometropolis.
Driven by a vision of close proximity and bespoke service, I decided to establish a boutique law firm specializing in business law and litigation.
My commitment is to offer my clients, whether businesses or individuals, personalized support tailored to their specific needs, while constantly seeking the most pragmatic solutions.
My services include drafting and optimizing contracts and other commercial documents, providing targeted legal advice, and assisting and representing clients in complex disputes. I explore all avenues of resolution, whether through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, while ensuring procedural representation before courts.
In addition to my work as a lawyer, I am regularly called upon as a speaker and trainer at major events organized by various institutions such as chambers of commerce, professional associations, and public organizations.
I am also active in the academic world, serving as a teaching assistant in international private law at the Free University of Brussels (Université Libre de Bruxelles). This role reflects my determination to stay abreast of the latest legal developments and my dedication to providing my clients with services that meet the highest quality standards.
